Terms & Conditions

Website Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to online and other distance purchases from HG Interiors Ltd, trading as Home Gallery Interiors (“we”, “us” or “our”). In-store and special-order purchases may have separate terms given to you before purchase.

Our Shipping, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policies also form part of your contract with us. The policy that deals specifically with delivery or returns will apply to that subject.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

2. Check Your Order

It is up to you, the customer, to ensure that all details on your order confirmation are correct and as requested, at the time of purchase. Errors cannot be rectified at a later date and full liability will fall to you, the customer.  Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and credit will not be given.

3. Product Information and Measurements

All sizes and dimensions should be checked by you, the customer, before purchase to ensure the item will fit into the space it is required for.  While our Sales Team can assist with choosing the design and size of furniture to suit a particular room, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure there is sufficient access to the intended room, taking into consideration any doorways, narrow corridors, stairwells, lifts etc. The customer is responsible for any items which do not fit and no refund or exchange will be offered.

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately on our website. Product images are illustrative, and colours, finishes and natural materials may vary. Measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise.

Before ordering, please check the product description, measurements and selected options.

4. Prices, VAT and Payment

Website prices are in euro and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout unless free delivery applies.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment method shown at checkout. We do not receive your full card details.

If a deposit arrangement is offered, we will tell you the deposit, balance due date and cancellation terms before confirming the order. This does not remove any statutory cancellation or refund right.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before delivery if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be made, there is an obvious pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you without undue delay.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Online

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. Whether we can make the change depends on the product and how far the order has progressed.

Online customers have a legal 14-day cooling off period to cancel after receiving the goods. Full details are in our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

In-store

Cancellations and changes are not permitted at any point before or after delivery.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed.  Items which are cancelled by you, the customer, shall result in loss of deposit or where items have arrived into stock at the time of cancellation full payment will be required.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on furniture which has been already delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Availability and Lead Times

All lead times quoted at the time of purchase are a guide from the manufacturer and are quoted in good faith. Lead times are approximations and, in some cases actual delivery can be within a range of up to 30 days either side of this quoted date.

Delivery will not be considered to be a late order if arrival is within this period.

If there are any changes to the delivery date or status of your order we will always do our best to advise you by phone as quickly as possible.

Custom Ordered items ordered to exact size, colour and fabric specifications may carry a longer lead time and cannot be cancelled at any point in the process.

Lead times can occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.  No compensation will be given for any delay due to outside influences

All products are subject to availability. If an accepted order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree an alternative, a revised arrangement or a refund.
